Coordinated Access Events Calendar

One of the goals identified for 2023 is Data Integrity – ensuring the client information collected is entered into the HIFIS system correctly, consistently and in a timely manner. To that end, the Region of Durham is implementing Data Integrity Checks with HIFIS using agencies in the region.

Working with managers/supervisors/team leads, the HIFIS Community Coordinator will run reports and select a minimum of seven (7) files per agency. Together we will review/audit the selected files, providing instruction and correction where necessary. We hope this process will assist agencies to better understand the Quarterly Data Audit. The entire process will take between 1.5  hours and will be held virtually.
