SUPPORT FOR INDIGENOUS PEOPLES

Niijkiwendidaa Anishnabekwag Services Circle (NASC)

Program supports at the Niijkiwendidaa Anishnabekwag Services Circle (NASC) include:
  • Crisis and long term counselling
  • Child Witness to violence program
  • Transitional Housing Support Program (THSP)
  • Indigenous youth in transition support worker (IYIT)
  • Indigenous healthy babies and healthy families program (IHBHF).

HOUSING SUPPORTS

CDCD: Housing Stability Program (HSP)

Community Development Council Durham’s Temporary HSP is offering financial assistance for housing costs during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Financial assistance includes: rent and utility arrears, monthly housing costs for up to 3 months.
