By-Name List (BNL): The BNL is kept up-to-date in real-time and provides data on inflows and outflows of homelessness. The list includes identified individuals and families who are actively experiencing homelessness and have provided consent to be on the list. The goal for this list is to support clients to access appropriate services – through general community referrals and, if eligible, prioritization for specific housing resources.
