IEHSD Workshops are designed to support low-income residents of Durham Region.

Facilitators provide an inclusive and non-judgmental space for participants to learn about community resources, develop resilience, explore future thinking, and build relationships.
Workshops are free and offered in multiple formats including in person, virtual and hybrid platforms.
