Expanded Wireless Plan Benefits:
As a reminder, our Connected for Success Wireless Plan now allows for up to 4 lines per household. This includes two lines eligible for the Moto G 5G at $0 on a two-year hardware agreement, and two additional Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) lines. This flexibility helps families stay connected with options tailored to their needs.
Introducing 5G Home Internet:
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our 5G Home Internet plan at the same affordable price as our traditional Wireline Internet plan. This new service is designed for households outside our standard coverage footprint, providing a dependable internet connection powered by our cellular towers. If you have tenants or clients outside our footprint that are interested and already a Connected for Success customer or are residing in one of your RGI units, they can connect with our team at our direct number 1-866-689-0758 to take advantage.
Does this require a credit check and a home address?
Only the Wireless service, if a device is taken, requires a credit check. Now that being said, we still do require 2 pieces of ID to set up the account – we just do not perform a credit check against the IDs provided.
For our products to be activated in the system, we do require a billing address. What some who are unhoused have done is worked with their case worker to make use of their address, and then once housed, they updated their account to their new address. For the Internet, however, we do require a fixed address, just based on the nature of the technology.
